This website (nongeric.com) is operated by Nongeric LLC ("Nongeric," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a binding contract to use our services. By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.

Products & Pricing

• All vintage and antique items are unique, one-of-a-kind pieces
• Photographs are representative; minor variation in patina is intrinsic to vintage furniture
• Prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice
• We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel any order in error at our discretion
• Detailed condition reports are provided for every piece upon request

Payment Terms

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) processed securely by Stripe, as well as Cash on Delivery for select regions. Payment is due in full at the time of order, except for COD orders, which are payable upon delivery.

Order Confirmation & Cancellation

Once an order is placed, we will email confirmation. Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement at no charge. After 24 hours, cancellations may be subject to a restocking fee where applicable.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including photographs, text, logos, and the Nongeric name — is the property of Nongeric LLC and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nongeric shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or any products purchased through it. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific item giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by the "Last updated" date and will be effective upon posting.
